Every new field hand, every new engineer and salesman comes to the oilfield while being "fed by the fire-hose," but how much better would it be for the whole team if new members came with a good foundation of knowledge?
FRAC-BASIC is your boot camp for frac knowledge learned over years of field experience.
Oilfield work isn't like other jobs and it's not just the books in a Petroleum Engineering course. Oilfield work has to be seen.
In this course we will show the components from the bottom up. With pictures and diagrams we start with what an oil and gas well is, what the frac equipment does and how it works, and why it works. This course is comprehensive, including a company man level view of flowback, coiled tubing, and wireline operations.
While we can't get you on an actual frac job today, we can show you how to get started.
This course has been taught in-person to actual field workers in Texas, we put it online in 2020 to make it more accessible for everyone.
